Detailed Personal History
You tell me what’s getting in the way of you achieving your desired outcomes and I poke and pry into your history looking for the way in which you create these blocks. In short, I go on a detective mission to find your baggage and light it up like a wild hog in headlights (why a hog you ask?….deer are too cute) and it looks back at me spooked as heck… and it should be because on DAY 2……we start eliminating it!
The Release Work
Here we use Mental Emotional Release technique (a clinically proven Hypnotherapy and Guided Visualization technique) to release all limiting beliefs keeping you stuck as well as all negative emotions associated with the past. This is intense and oddly short in comparison to the deep digging we do on day one. Then based on everything that came up in our first sessions I pull out the whole NLP kitchen sink and through a variety of tools and techniques we lay the groundwork to start changing your emotional and behavioral responses to previously triggering stimuli.
Goal Setting and Visioning
All bubbly and free of our baggage we jump into goal setting. Using SMART (simple, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound) Goal Strategy we map out what exactly you want and the path to get it. Through a guided visualization process we create a vivid and sensory experience of what it will be like to once your goals are achieved.
